Shipping Policy

Production & Delivery Time

Orders are produced only after they have been placed and confirmed. Each order therefore requires a production period before it is prepared for shipment. Production times vary by product and print provider and typically take 7-12 business days.

Once produced, orders are shipped from China. Shipping times depend on the destination country and the selected shipping method:

  • Domestic orders: 7-12 business days

  • International orders/rest of the world: 9 – 21 business days

Estimated Delivery Timeline
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and begin once payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed. Delivery times may be affected by high order volumes, peak seasons, public holidays, customs procedures, carrier delays, or other external factors beyond our control. While we make every effort to meet the stated timelines and ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur. Customers will be notified if significant delays are expected.

Shipping Cost and Tracking
Shipping costs are €4.95 per order. All shipments include tracking. Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure that orders are processed and delivered within the estimated timeframes, please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance procedures, local authorities, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost, or if it is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we kindly ask that you contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Providing us with timely notice allows us to begin an investigation without delay.

Upon receiving your request, we will carefully review the shipment details, liaise directly with the shipping carrier, and keep you informed of any updates throughout the process. Our team will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter promptly and fairly, and to provide an appropriate solution where necessary.

International Duties & Taxes
